Not for the faint hearted, this is a class that gets you sweating and guarantees you will have the satisfying aches in your muscles after.
Composed of a bootcamp circuit with as many as 20 different 'stations', you make your way through each by completing the set workouts one after the other. We effectively use Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Punching Bags, TRX Suspension, Box jumps, Core and Calisthenics in a blender of madness. Breath. Go!

Class is held at our luxury Bootcamp studio on Grand Avenue in Hove. Facilities include Private changing rooms with Rainforest Showers, Lockers, Fast Tan Sunbeds and a Smoothie bar to refuel after your workout.
